There is No Experience required for Pole Dancing 101!!Pole Dancing is the latest Trend in Fun & Fitness. I guarantee you will be hooked to this session. In this class you can learn over 40 moves to create several Pole Dance Routines. Pole Dance training can help build Flexibility, Confidence, Strength and much more. Pole Dancing requires a lot of practice and patience. (2 Hour Session) Available on select Drop-In dates or 4 Week Session
POLE TRICKS
In this session, you can work on toning your muscles and work on building your upper body strength. No routines or choreography is taught in the class. This session will teach pole tricks for one full hour! **PREREQUISITE: Must have completed at least one Pole Dance 101 Session ** (1 1/2 Hour Session) Available on select Drop-In dates or 4 Week Session
SEXY HIP-HOP
Ever wish you could dance like Ciara, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera or Janet Jackson? Well now you can! In this session we will recreate some of the choreography of the hottest music videos, so you can learn the same or similar moves. In each class we will teach you a new sexy dance routine for fun & fitness. (1 1/2 Hour Session) Available on select Drop-In dates or 4 Week Session
